Important Instructions
Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has released the registration schedule for 8th grade students for the academic year 2026-27. Registration for all government schools will be mandatory to be completed online through the Item Bank System (IBS).
Registration Schedule: ▪️ Start: May 25, 2026
▪️ End: July 08, 2026
All institution heads are requested to prepare the student records in a timely and accurate manner so that there is no problem during registration.
How to log in to IBS Portal :
1️⃣ Go to IBS Portal.
https://ibs.pesrp.edu.pk/admin/auth/login
2️⃣ Enter the school username and password.
3️⃣ Open the “Grade 8 Enrollment” section.
4️⃣ Complete the registration by entering the student data.
Important Instructions :
✔️ Enter the student’s name, father’s name, date of birth and B Form number correctly.
✔️ Date of birth should be as per school records and B Form.
✔️ Uploading a recent passport size photograph of each student is mandatory.
✔️ The responsibility for incorrect entries lies with the head of the institution.

پنجاب ایجوکیشن، کریکولم، ٹریننگ اینڈ اسیسمنٹ اتھارٹی (PECTAA) نے تعلیمی سال 2026-27 کے لیے آٹھویں جماعت کے طلبہ کی رجسٹریشن کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا ہے۔ تمام سرکاری اسکولوں کے لیے رجسٹریشن آئٹم بینک سسٹم (IBS) کے ذریعے آن لائن مکمل کرنا لازمی ہوگی۔

تمام ادارہ سربراہان سے گزارش ہے کہ طلبہ کا ریکارڈ بروقت مکمل اور درست تیار کریں تاکہ رجسٹریشن کے دوران کسی قسم کی دشواری پیش نہ آئے۔

✔️ طالب علم کا نام، والد کا نام، تاریخِ پیدائش اور ب فارم نمبر درست درج کریں۔
✔️ تاریخِ پیدائش اسکول ریکارڈ اور ب فارم کے مطابق ہونی چاہیے۔
✔️ ہر طالب علم کی حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر اپ لوڈ کرنا لازمی ہے۔
✔️ غلط اندراجات کی ذمہ داری ادارے کے سربراہ پر ہوگی۔
