DMCA Policy

At Education47, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Education47 website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. Content Policy regarding Government Jobs & News

Education47 is an educational information portal. We often share data, job advertisements, and educational notifications sourced from:

Official Government websites.
Publicly available newspapers (e.g., Jang, Express, Dawn).
Educational Boards and Universities.

We do not claim ownership of the official logos, trademarks, or official job advertisement images produced by these entities. These are used for “Fair Use” informational purposes to assist students and job seekers in Pakistan.

However, if you are the official copyright owner of any content (e.g., a specific news article or unique photograph) and believe it has been uploaded without your permission, you have the right to request its removal.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notification via email to our Designated Agent.

Your report must include the following information (as per DMCA Section 512(c)(3)):

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (please provide the specific URL or link to the page on Education47 where the material is located).
Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
A Statement of Good Faith: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
Your name, address, and telephone number.

5. Removal of Content

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Education47 will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 2-5 business days. We will also notify the user who posted the material (if applicable).
